One call returns a hazard-stress level (CALM / ACTIVE / ELEVATED / SEVERE with a 0-10 score) globally or for a specific country, from the official multi-hazard feeds: GDACS (Global Disaster Alert & Coordination System) Red/Orange/Green levels across earthquake, tropical cyclone, flood, volcano, wildfire and drought, plus USGS earthquakes. Returns active Red/Orange alert counts, the biggest current events named with country + alert level, and a by-type breakdown. The physical-disaster leg a risk, insurance, supply-chain or logistics agent needs, pay-per-call. Alert levels reflect potential humanitarian impact, not confirmed casualties. $0.05 via x402 on Base or Solana.
